TrustCon 2025

TSPA is excited to host our 4th Annual TrustCon in San Francisco once again!

TrustCon is the global conference dedicated to trust and safety professionals who are responsible for the challenging work of keeping our platforms and communities safe. TrustCon, the only conference of its kind, is the culmination of TSPA’s vision to create and foster a global community of practice among trust and safety professionals. This conference will create an enduring and supportive community; offer workshops and presentations focused on the practice of trust and safety; and explore successes, lessons learned, and the future of the field. Attendees have the opportunity to collaborate, hear from trust and safety thought leaders, and connect with peers from all over the world.

Implementing Age Assurance: A Practical Workshop for Trust & Safety Teams

Vyanams Strategies (Vys) is teaming up with TSPA to host an interactive workshop designed to help companies implement a practical, thoughtful age assurance roadmap. Drawing from our newly released Age Assurance Implementation Handbook, this session will guide participants through foundational decisions and emerging best practices. We’ll explore how to kick off your age assurance strategy internally, assess whether to build or buy solutions, and identify the right questions to ask vendors. The workshop will also surface key considerations for product and engineering teams, and provide insight into managing appeals and other secondary workflows.

Participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of how to begin or strengthen their age assurance strategy, a set of practical questions to guide internal planning and vendor evaluation, and actionable next steps tailored to their organization’s structure and needs.

2025 EMEA Summit

TSPA is thrilled to host the 3rd annual EMEA Summit. Once again, we will be in Dublin, Ireland at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road on 6 May 2025.

This year, the Summit will include an optional second day (7 May) for TSPA members (T&S Professionals + Students) only. This second day is tailored specifically for trust and safety professionals, focusing on skills development. If you’re a TSPA member (T&S Professionals + Students), you won’t want to miss this exclusive day.

The theme for this year’s summit, ‘Owning the Unpredictable: The Future of T&S’, highlights the role of EMEA-based trust and safety teams in a regional and global landscape shaped by constant change and emerging challenges. Focusing on this theme, we seek to surface forward-looking ideas and actionable strategies for adapting to new realities.

Behind the Scenes: How to Submit Strong Proposals for TSPA Events

Do you want to get a peek behind the scenes of TrustCon 2025 and learn how to submit the strongest proposal possible? Join us for a 30 minute presentation followed by Q&A! We’ll walk through the Call for Proposals (CFP) for next year’s conference, give examples of strong submissions, talk about how the Program Committee makes decisions, and explain why deadlines are so important. We’ll also touch on this year’s new Revise & Resubmit (R&R) process and the differences between proposals for TrustCon and our regional Summits. This event is open to everyone; registration is required.
