TrustCon is the only global conference of its kind dedicated to trust and safety professionals who are responsible for the challenging work of keeping our platforms and communities safe. Attendees have the opportunity to collaborate, hear from trust and safety thought leaders, and connect with peers from all over the world.

TrustCon is the culmination of TSPA’s vision to create and foster a global community of practice among trust and safety professionals. This conference will create an enduring and supportive community; offer workshops and presentations focused on the practice of trust and safety; and explore successes, lessons learned, and the future of the field.

Seattle Meetup

Seattle folks, this one’s for you! Join our community host and others for an informal TSPA meetup at Bellevue Brewing Company on June 12, 2026 at 4 PM PT.

EMEA Member Summit

TSPA is excited to be back in Dublin, Ireland for our 4th annual EMEA Summit. This year, the Summit will be on 18 May 2026 at The Gibson Hotel. In response to feedback from T&S practitioners in EMEA, we are offering a refreshed format this year for TSPA members only. 

Instead of broad panels and presentations, the Summit will center on closed door discussions, hands-on problem-solving, and knowledge sharing among members. Co-designed by TSPA members in EMEA, the new Summit will create space where practitioners can speak openly, compare approaches, and collaboratively work through emerging challenges in trust & safety in the region.

Trust & Safety Under Pressure: A Live Crisis Tabletop Exercise

This upcoming online tabletop exercise run by Radius Defence will bring online participants together for a 4-hour, immersive Trust & Safety crisis simulation. Designed as a live, scenario-driven exercise, it will place teams in a rapidly evolving operational environment that requires real-time decision-making under legal, political, and public-pressure constraints. Participants will navigate escalating injects, coordinated incidents, and competing stakeholder demands, mirroring the complexity of contemporary Trust & Safety challenges.

This training is available to TSPA members. Priority registration is given to practitioners in roles where crisis response is an active part of their work.

Trust the Mods! Best Practices in the Design and Management of Content Review Systems (Session 2)

Making great tools for moderators to review content is a tall order. Trends change in unexpected ways. Policy priorities shift. Users constantly game systems. Volume spikes overwhelm queues. Meanwhile, it’s critical to maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency without blowing budgets. To meet these challenges, however, too often internal products ultimately disempower moderators – not enough useful context across tickets, minimal ability to respond to new situations like spam or weaponized reports, poorly fit metrics, and no good way to share information. This not only leads to suboptimal outcomes but makes for a bad work environment that damages mental health.

Building Guardrails for AI Generators & Character Chatbot Platforms

AI platforms are reshaping how we create and connect, from image generators to companion bots. But with that creativity comes complex safety challenges. Without strong guardrails, platforms risk harmful outputs, regulatory scrutiny, and even real-world harm.

Moderated by Shubhi Mathur (Clavata.ai), join panelists Jerry Ruoti (Character.AI), Maxwelle Sokol (EverAI), Joël Kalmanowicz (Canva), and Brett Levenson (Clavata.ai) as they unpack evolving risks in AI, explore the “hidden regulators” of this space, and share how automated, real-time safety systems differ from traditional Trust & Safety approaches.

This session will be held under Chatham House Rule and will not be recorded. Space is limited; Registrations from TSPA members will be prioritized, nonmembers will be placed on a waitlist by default and admitted pending capacity.
