2026 EMEA Summit: A Focus on Depth & Candor

Last week, we headed to Dublin for our 4th Annual EMEA Summit. This year, we took a different approach with a TSPA members-only format focused on hands-on problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

With guidance from the Programme Committee, the agenda was designed around the core principle of connecting practitioners who are facing similar challenges. The program featured two panels and six breakout sessions, centered on regulation and evolving technology. These topics naturally pull in the tensions practitioners navigate daily—tradeoffs in moderation decisions, maintaining quality standards, driving measurable impact, and managing organizational change.

“With this year’s format being members-only, there was less stress heading between sessions, and simultaneously more time for in-depth discussion in-between and after sessions. That kind of exchange is invaluable.”

The summit’s true value extended beyond the programmed sessions. By design, there was room for practitioners to build and strengthen relationships within the EMEA community. Whether reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting colleagues from different platforms and regions for the first time, attendees found space to talk candidly about what’s working and what’s not. These informal exchanges, over coffee, during breaks, and lingering after sessions, often gathered the most practical insights and built the kinds of peer relationships that sustain professionals through difficult work.

To round out the day, we hosted the Trust & Safety After Hours reception. By opening the event to non-members, we expanded the conversation beyond TSPA membership and created space for the broader T&S community in the region to connect. Practitioners from different platforms and organizations continued conversations from earlier sessions, made new contacts, and reinforced the networks that support this work across EMEA.

“The smaller, members-only format made it much easier to have deeper and more candid discussions. People were openly sharing ideas, challenges, practical solutions, and lessons learned.”

Our sincere gratitude and thanks to the 2026 EMEA Member Committee for bringing this new version of the summit to life. We would not have a strong program without them!
