We are delighted to announce that registration for the 3rd Annual TrustCon is now open exclusively for TSPA members! We are deeply grateful for our supportive community, so we wanted to ensure that you had first dibs on tickets for this year’s event! The Member Presale will be available starting today until February 1, 2024 11:59 PM PST

General registration for all registration types will begin February 2, 2024. The member pricing will stay the same after the Member Presale commences. Please note that we will not be offering virtual registration for TrustCon 2024. 

Year over year, TrustCon has sold out! We encourage you to purchase your tickets early to secure your spot. Please read below for more information on the event registration, registration fees, and more!

Become a TSPA Member 

Not a TSPA Member, but want to receive the member discount and take advantage of the presale? Well, you’re in luck! The TSPA Member Presale is the perfect time to become a member to receive the discounted price. Apply to be a member on or before January 23, 2024, and activate your account before January 30, 2024. We encourage you to apply as soon as you can to receive member benefits. 

Please note: If you work for a supporting company, that means your company covers your membership fees. However, you still need to fill out an application form in order to become a TSPA member. If you are not a member yet, you can apply for membership here.

Registration Fees

Member tickets are $800 for this jam-packed, three-day event. Registration will include breakfast, lunch, TSPA-sponsored events, and access to all sessions and workshops. We also have automatic discounts for students, residents of low and middle income countries, full-time employees of 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations or governmental entities, T&S professionals who have been recently laid off (as of July 2023), as well as TSPA volunteers and advisors. Hotel Rooms

This year, we have a hotel block, where you can reserve a king room at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco for $269/night. After you finish your registration, there will be a link for you  to reserve your hotel nights. These rooms are first-come, first-serve, so we suggest that you book early! 

Speaker Discount

We know that some of our members will also be speakers at TrustCon. If your proposal is accepted at this year’s event, and you’ve already paid, we will adjust your registration and refund the difference. More information on the Call for Proposals here

Financial Assistance / Scholarships 

We will be offering financial assistance and scholarships for this year’s event. The scholarship form will be available when general registration starts in February 2024. We will share more information on how to apply soon. For more information, please view our Registration Fees webpage. 

Virtual Registration

We will not be offering virtual registration for this year’s event. We will record our plenary sessions and post the recordings after the event. If you attended last year’s event, you can still access recordings from the 2nd Annual TrustCon here. These recordings will be available until December 31, 2023. 

Refunds/Registration Swaps 

TrustCon registration tickets are fully refundable until July 9, 2024, after which no refunds will be allowed.

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee, that may be allowable if they qualify for your registration type and discounts. See the “Refunds and Registration Transfers” on the Registration Fees webpage for more details. 

Letters of Support

We can provide a support letter that you can submit with your visa application. Visa support letters are provided 3-5 business days after you have confirmed and paid for your registration. If you need a visa support letter, please contact us.
