Trust & Safety Vendor / Consultant Directory

The vendors and consultants listed on this page provide services and products that aim to detect, prevent, and/or remove harmful accounts, behaviors, content, and/or transactions online. Some of these vendors are referred to as “safety tech”.

These links are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement from TSPA or our member community.

When approving a vendor / consultant for this directory, we consider the following inclusion criteria:

• Established trust and safety partnerships - Vendors should have a record of trust and safety partnerships with clients. For example, they should be able to provide references and/or case studies.
• Customer support - Vendors should have dedicated individuals and/or teams for onboarding, training, consultation, and troubleshooting.

Additionally, we do not include vendors or consultants that:

• Offer vaporware - Vendors who do not yet have a product or service available for purchase and deployment will not be included. This includes vendors whose products are still in beta.
• Act primarily as data brokers (for example, people searches and marketing databases) - We define these kinds of data brokers as entities that collect and then sell information about users with whom they have no direct relationship and who provide limited and/or no opportunities for users to have their data removed without paying a fee.
• Provide products or services that are designed to pose harm to trust and safety professionals.
