It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. What will I be doing?
– Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of intrepid investigators and technical analysts through providing guidance to the team in a manner that allows for sustainable career growth, contentment, and achievement on a large scale
– Enhance the resilience of our team by taking proactive measures to advance our operational strategy in addition to collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve any immediate challenges we face on a daily basis.
– Establish, nurture, and sustain relationships with internal partners to recognize and promote resolutions for enhancing the team’s effectiveness
– Ensure prioritization, resourcing, and timely delivery of requirements within a changing business environment
– Have extensive knowledge and expertise in technical and procedural matters related to the services offered by your team
– Focus on rigorously prioritizing, streamlining, and expanding all elements of our ability to detect and respond to complex deceptive behaviors
Qualifications
– 8+ years of professional experience in analytical roles focussing on risk detection, complex investigations, and incident response
– Experience leading and managing complex cross-functional programs
– Experience developing and delivering information to senior leadership audiences
– Experience with tactics, techniques and procedures and industry frameworks on analysing complex deceptive behaviors
– Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
– Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
– Experience using data to proactively and iteratively investigate potential risks and finding suspicious behavior in networks
– Broad knowledge across the Trust & Safety domain, as well as deep focus in one (or more) areas such as product governance, enforcement operations, process development
