Summary of Job:
This role will ensure all accounts meet current compliance standards including new account validation and ongoing compliance regulations. The Trust & Safety Associate will review and investigate on any activity that may threaten the safety of our user experience and will communicate to all appropriate parties as necessary.
Key focuses:
- Validate all new accounts and free trials
- Ensure all accounts remain compliant with our Terms Of Use and Job Posting Guidelines
- Identify and remove accounts found to be noncompliant with our standards
- Handle all inbound and outbound validation calls
- Offer interdepartmental account validation support
- Review and respond to job seeker and employer complaints
- Conduct fraud investigations and follow-ups
- Identify new trends that threaten the safety of our user experience
- Assist in all other operational and customer service tasks as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or similar fields
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including customer service and sales
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized and a master of time and priority management
- Strong problem-solving skills–can navigate complex problems with relative ease
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers and colleagues
- Enthusiastic, optimistic & a team player who focuses on lifting others
- Listens patiently–will probe and clarify to get necessary details
- Analytical–use strong critical-thinking skills to investigate and propose resolutions
- Coachable–willing to receive feedback and take action to improve
- Flexible–adjust with the needs of the business including schedule or shift availability
- Resourceful–goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
- Working knowledge Google Suite, SalesForce, etc
- Experience in compliance, Trust & Safety, or similar fields is a plus
