Summary of Job:

This role will ensure all accounts meet current compliance standards including new account validation and ongoing compliance regulations. The Trust & Safety Associate will review and investigate on any activity that may threaten the safety of our user experience and will communicate to all appropriate parties as necessary.

Key focuses:

  • Validate all new accounts and free trials
  • Ensure all accounts remain compliant with our Terms Of Use and Job Posting Guidelines
  • Identify and remove accounts found to be noncompliant with our standards
  • Handle all inbound and outbound validation calls
  • Offer interdepartmental account validation support
  • Review and respond to job seeker and employer complaints
  • Conduct fraud investigations and follow-ups
  • Identify new trends that threaten the safety of our user experience
  • Assist in all other operational and customer service tasks as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or similar fields
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including customer service and sales
  • Extremely detail-­oriented, organized and a master of time and priority management
  • Strong problem-solving skills–can navigate complex problems with relative ease
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & a team player who focuses on lifting others
  • Listens patiently–will probe and clarify to get necessary details
  • Analytical–use strong critical-thinking skills to investigate and propose resolutions
  • Coachable–willing to receive feedback and take action to improve
  • Flexible–adjust with the needs of the business including schedule or shift availability
  • Resourceful–goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Working knowledge Google Suite, SalesForce, etc
  • Experience in compliance, Trust & Safety, or similar fields is a plus
