TSPA members are invited to join a new three-part roundtable series launching this April: Building Future-Ready Wellbeing Metrics for Moderators. Designed for cross-functional Trust & Safety stakeholders, this discussion-based series focuses on improving how moderator wellbeing is measured across APAC, EMEA, and Global Majority contexts. Participants will explore what to measure, how to measure it effectively, and how to use wellbeing data responsibly, with shared insights contributing to an evolving Moderator Wellbeing Measurement & Action Resource.
The first session, The Moderator Mindset: What Do We Really Need to Measure, centers on grounding measurement in the lived realities of moderation work. It examines key factors shaping wellbeing, from content exposure and cognitive load to moral distress and emerging GenAI challenges, while guiding participants through core questions on why measurement matters, who it should serve, and what to prioritize now. Open to professionals across operations, research, and tooling, the series offers both standalone value and a cohesive framework for building more effective, actionable approaches to moderator wellbeing.
