
Adelin Cai
Co-Founder & Board Member
Adelin Cai has spent the last decade working with and leading teams responsible for product policies and their enforcement. As Pinterest’s former Head of Policy, she led the team that developed the company’s principles and core values around content moderation, covering a range of issues from hateful speech to medical (mis)information to dank memes. Prior to Pinterest, she ran Twitter’s Legal Ads Policy team, guiding policy and operations for Twitter’s self-serve and international advertising products.

Alexander “amac” Macgillvray

Alexander “amac” Macgillivray is a lawyer and technologist who was most recently Deputy Assistant to the President and Principal Deputy U.S. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the Biden-Harris Administration. He is a co-founder of TSPA and TSF. Previously he worked on Technology Strategy & Delivery for the Biden Transition; was Deputy U.S. CTO for the Obama-Biden Administration; was General Counsel, Head of Corporate Development, Trust & Safety and Communications for Twitter, and Associate General Counsel for Google. He has been a board member at Data and Society and CAMFED USA; a co-founder and board member at Alloy.us; and helped found the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard Law School. He holds a JD from Harvard, a BA in Reasoning and Decision Making from Princeton, and a NJ Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education. He lives in Washington, DC.

Clara Tsao

Clara Tsao was a 2019 Mozilla Fellow examining the impact of policies related to content moderation, online disinformation, and terrorist content. Clara previously served as the Senior Advisor for Emerging Technology at the Department of Homeland Security and as Chief Technology Officer of US Government’s interagency Countering Violent Extremism and Countering Foreign Influence Task Force. Prior to government, Clara worked in Microsoft’s public sector team focused on digital literacy and worldwide education. Clara is a non-resident fellow focused on disinformation at German Marshall Fund and Atlantic Council, and a senior advisor for the UN-backed initiative, Tech Against Terrorism.

Del Harvey

Del founded, built, and led the global T&S team at Twitter for its first 13 years. Before joining Twitter, she spent five years as the law enforcement liaison for a group fighting child sexual exploitation, where she worked with agencies ranging from local police departments to the FBI, US Marshals, and the Secret Service. Del’s consulting clients benefit from her unique perspectives on content moderation, online safety, freedom of expression, privacy, and what it takes to lead and scale a global team.

Denelle Dixon
Board Member
Denelle Dixon is the CEO and Executive Director of the Stellar Development Foundation, a nonprofit organization using blockchain to unlock the world’s economic potential by making money more fluid, markets more open, and people more empowered. Before joining Stellar, Denelle served as COO of Mozilla, the mission-driven, open-source software organization. During her tenure at Mozilla, she led the organization’s business, revenue and policy teams including the ongoing fight for net neutrality and the global effort to ensure that people can control their personal data.

Dona Bellow

Dona currently works at Reddit and leads Platform Safety Policy, a team that partners cross-functionally to develop and evolve the corpus of policies that support the Reddit community, its content and product experience. For the past 3 years, Dona also served as an Advisor to the Trust & Safety Professional Association, where she supported various panels and conference appearances, TrustCon programming, as well as opportunities to strengthen professional connection and mentorship within the trust & safety community. Prior to joining Reddit, Dona worked on safety challenges across legal policy, child safety operations, product policy, and responsible innovation programs, at small and very large organizations — including Google, Airbnb, Twitter, Meta, and a 100-person startup. Dona is a native of Togo (West Africa) and grew up in France where she completed her education in Public International Law & Human Rights.

Eric Goldman
Co-Founder & Board Member
Eric Goldman is a Professor of Law at Santa Clara University School of Law. He has been writing about and teaching Internet law for a quarter-century. Before entering academia full-time, Goldman was General Counsel at consumer review site Epinions.com. He founded the Content Moderation at Scale conference series, which brought together hundreds of trust and safety professionals in 2018 and 2019.
