What to Expect
Member Services
- Member services will continue uninterrupted.
- We will continue to review and approve membership applications. However, please expect some delay.
- You will be able to pay for your membership.
TrustCon
- As long as your membership is active, you will be able to register for TrustCon as a member.
- To qualify for a TrustCon registration membership discount, you must have an active membership account (i.e., your membership must be paid) by July 3, 2026.
Member Portal Access
- During the member portal maintenance, you will not have access to: member resource library, your member account history and invoices, or your profile.
- If you need access to a specific resource during this time, please email your request to programs@tspa.org.
- Once the member portal is live, all members will receive an email asking you to update your member account.
