The Role:
The Trust & Safety Operations Analyst will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community. The ideal candidate will enforce our Terms of Service, create operational excellence in our decision-making and communications, continually improve our existing processes, and exemplify the importance of building trust within the community.
Whether reviewing content concerns, navigating legal frameworks, or enforcing policies, the Trust & Safety Operations Analyst will be responsible for enhancing the community experience for everyone on Foundation.


    • Ensure that all Trust & Safety user reports and tickets are responded to and resolved with care and in a timely manner
    • Resolve user issues, fraud concerns, and intellectual property disputes confidently with a clear, productive, and poised attitude
    • Conduct objective, unbiased, thorough evidenced-based investigations
    • Improve internal and external processes to ensure that Trust & Safety is agile in responding to our users’ needs and issues
    • Maintain and update our Help Center as our product, policies, and procedures evolve
    • Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including some weekend coverage

About You:

    • You have 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or Compliance, with experience in fraud detection and/or content moderation
    • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can build trust quickly
    • You are empathetic to a multitude of user experiences and perspectives
    • You are driven by curiosity and are willing to dive more deeply into the complexities of Trust & Safety in Web3
    • You are data-driven and eager to maximize impact through analyzing insights and designing and iterating on systems and processes
    • You are a great collaborator and can work effectively with many internal stakeholders such as Legal, Support, and Engineering

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    • Understands best practices when reviewing sensitive content and comfortable navigating and influencing tough conversations
    • Experience in drafting and publishing public policies and help center articles
    • Basic familiarity with Web3: NFTs, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, etc.
    • Familiarity with various legal frameworks such as DMCA, GDPR, CCPA, and OFAC
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience using analytics tools (Mode, Dune Analytics)
