The Trust & Safety team has the important responsibility of protecting Credit Karma’s members by securing our online processes and preventing online fraud and abuse throughout the Credit Karma product suite. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about identifying functional and technical alternatives to solve our problems, and proposes processes and procedure modifications.

What you’ll do:

  • You will gather, review, draft and outline requirements that impact strategic projects or our goals
  • You will support Engineering partners with Technical design where needed
  • You will lead design work for fraud tooling and case management
  • You will maintain requirements and coordinate MGP
  • You will collaborate with the Fraud team to prioritize new capabilities, features and bug fixes
  • You will determine, document and manage end-to-end processes, functional capabilities and outcomes
  • You will build process flows and user stories
  • You will maintain regular communications with all Partners

What you have:

  • You have experience designing fraud requirements and related processes
  • You have knowledge of fraud drivers and processes
  • You have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, BigQuery, Financial systems and Reports
  • You have experience researching data issues involving large volumes of data stored in multiple systems
  • You are familiar with SQL and some applications.
  • You ask the right questions to get an understanding of the problem and work with multiple partners
