Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law, political science, public policy, international relations, journalism, anthropology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or operations management in a high-tech environment.
- Experience in intelligence, threat management, risk management, incident management, or a related field in the online content risk space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with internet technologies, policy, and regulatory environments.
- Experience in setting up and managing cross-functional teams with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of international and geopolitical events.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, carry out responsibilities, grow in ambiguity, and lead through a dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand an investigative data-driven approach to answering questions.
- Excellent writing and drafting skills.

- Evaluate, analyze, and report on strategic content risks and threats to trust in Google and its users.
- Coordinate and mobilize mitigations teams for persistent user risks.
- Manage cross-organizational projects, programs, and improvement efforts to solve strategic issues impacting trust and safety.
- Manage cross-functional relationships and workstreams across Trust and Safety, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), and Legal teams to execute projects that improve operational efficiency.
- Synthesize multidimensional information and data sources for different audiences and executives.
