Our Trust & Safety team’s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As an Investigation Analyst on our Trust & Safety team, you will be part of a group that provides operations support and analysis of platform threats across languages and different issue verticals. You will be responsible for metric changes across multiple channels with high quality, accuracy, and speed, monitoring alerts, and doing deep dives and investigations. You will also work using tools and processes to take out bad actors and content at scale from the platform and use them daily.
What will I be doing?
– You’ll review and respond to metric changes and escalations across multiple channels with high quality, accuracy, and speed
– You’ll proactively search for and identify undetected abuse by leveraging internal data, open-source intelligence, and third party private intelligence
– You’ll self-identify gaps, problems, needs and come up with robust solutions with relative independence
– You’ll use learnings and data to influence other T&S teams in Product, Policy, Process, and Detection to make necessary improvements to improve the overall ecosystem
Qualifications
– You know about global affairs and its influence or impact on social media risk/trends
– Operational skill set and focus, combined with project management experience
– You can handle difficult visual and audio content
– You can prioritize multiple ongoing tasks and asks
– English proficiency is required along with complete fluency in Thai as you will be predominantly covering the Thai speaking market
– Proficiency in Thai and a secondary South Asian language is required as this role will cover markets that produce and view content in these languages.
– One of the following:
– You have experience in trust and safety, or a related area such as fraud, integrity, or management of social networking
– You have experience in content moderation or content quality assurance.
– You have strong and proven data analysis skills
