Enablement team
The Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of T&S, driving collaboration, optimization, and synergy for T&S global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support, and training, and drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability.
Learning and Development (L&D)
The L&D team serves business development through skill-set building from a talent development perspective; helps and accompanies employees’ individual development during different stages of their career; ensure the balance between improving how our team executes its business function while investing in our teams’ development and support needs.
At the forefront of our mission to inspire creativity and joy, our Learning Engagement team will help us scale up the learning actions, build our success metrics, and promote a culture of learning, so as to support our organization and learners, then create better business impact; We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

– Summer Internship – 2nd May 2023 to 11th Aug 2023 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date). Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates’ jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.
Role Description
-You will collaborate in the production of original promotional assets for internal L&D projects (Trust & Safety trainings, onboarding, leadership, e-learnings, employee engagement campaigns …) from conception to the execution
– Responsible for designing and creating podcast, short videos, visuals for infographic, banners, internal L&D site, learning materials, in accordance to corporate graphic guidelines
– Ensures exceptional visual and user experiences
– Help generate new ideas and creative approaches
– Maintain and create relevant visuals for website banners and posts
Qualifications
– You’re a student (preferably third-year student)
– Candidates who are able to commit on a full time basis would be highly preferred
– Working knowledge of front-end coding frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JS…)
– You’re keen on design works, fluent and autonomous in the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Design Suite) or other design software such as Canva.
– Possesses fundamental video editing skills, able to design and complete videos. Understand or keen to master the basic use of Premiere, AE, EDUIS, and/or other aftereffect software
– Master the ability to turn branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
– Good at communication and understanding requests precisely
– A proactive quick learner, with strong attention to detail, comfortable with managing multiple parallel-path projects, and good at teamwork

-You know how to make great presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides, and have any editing and animation knowledge
– All candidates MUST submit a portfolio / personal website to be considered for this position.
