ABOUT THE ROLE
Graphika is looking to hire an Editor & Insights Manager to support our fast-growing Intel team on a full-time basis. As part of our growing production team, the Editor & Insights Manager will collaborate with analysts to produce and deliver industry-leading research and investigations to Graphika’s clients and the public. The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly distilling complex and nuanced information down to actionable intelligence. They are also comfortable handling a diverse range of subjects and working with analysts to hone assessments and improve their writing skills. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Edit deliverables from the Intel team, ensuring all products meet technical and professional requirements
- Assist with the production of Graphika’s public research output, ranging from short-form insights and blog posts to long-form investigations
- Oversee regular analytical outputs that demonstrate the value of Graphika’s product and technology to SaaS clients
- Work with researchers to improve their writing skills through training and mentoring activities, providing critical feedback where necessary
- Help maintain and implement the Graphika style guide to ensure consistency and best practices across written work
- Track client priorities to inform editing decisions and the way we structure our products, ensuring complex information is presented in innovative and accessible ways
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must haves:
- Exhaustive eye for detail and commitment to accuracy and analytical rigor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask to meet competing deadlines
- Familiarity with the fields of digital policy, online trust and safety issues, or threat intelligence
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to and understanding of how to support excellent writing
- 3+ years experience with copy-editing
- Deep-seated interest in humans and how they behave on the internet

- Additional languages
- Experience handling sensitive material and client-confidential information
- Comfortable across a diverse range of subjects from health misinformation to violent extremism and online influence operations
- Experience working with AP style
