Location: Remote Flexible [Anywhere in India or Philippines]

So, what does a Director of Product Marketing in our Content Security team really do? Think of yourself as a strategic marketing leader whose mission it is to design and implement a marketing program for our Content Security business from the ground up, and work with sales and shared-service marketing teams to implement this strategy. In addition to this, you will retain a deep working knowledge of online trust & safety, content moderation, or scaled policy enforcement.

You will build the program responsible for connecting Content Security offerings and services with existing and potential clients. You’ll do this by developing a deep understanding of our customers, our industry and our total addressable market, as well as competitors, trends, and technologies. In addition to curating and sharing these insights across the company, you will leverage this knowledge to help to design and develop a Lead Scoring structure to deliver Qualified Leads to the Sales team.

Core Responsibilities:

Build, lead, and communicate the vision, mission, and overall direction for Content Security Product Marketing. Coordinate with TaskUs shared-service marketing teams on the execution of this strategy.

Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership, social media, and speaking engagements.

Analyze and understand the longer-term T&S market direction and influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt & value our solutions and approaches.

Generate and implement channel strategies with the sales and marketing organization, experimenting with new channels and iterating on existing ones.

Ensure a consistently strong sales pipeline through the ongoing creation of qualified leads

Work closely with the rest of the Content Security leadership team to ensure alignment with company and organizational goals.


5+ years of technology service marketing experience

3+ years of experience managing marketing teams, including direct management of content teams

Extensive knowledge of the Trust & Safety market including content moderation, risk and compliance and fraud prevention.

Experience with building successful customer acquisition programs in the Trust & Safety market

Strong hands-on marketing operations and analytics experience, including but not limited to experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or comparable tools

Strong English copywriting skills

Nice To Haves:

Experience managing SEM programs

Operations or Enterprise Sales experience focussed on Trust & Safety solutions
