We’re looking for a resilient, self-driven and critical thinker to join our Minor Safety team. This role will be part of our growing Trust & Safety, Legal Operations function and will work on highly sensitive workflows related to abusive content, specifically child safety. In addition, you’ll leverage critical thinking and insights to improve our operational processes and policies while working closely within the Minor Safety team and with cross-functional partners to support team and company goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Review potential child sexual abuse material and actioning accordingly per law and Pinterest’s Community Guidelines
  • Investigate potential bad actors and identify new trends in unsafe behavior/content related to the sexualization of minors
  • Own resolution of high priority escalations through multiple channels (may include 24/7 on-call paging)
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operations and scaled process
  • Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to support team projects and goals

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in sensitive content review and/or moderation or closely related community operations
  • Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
  • Takes ownership and accountability of Pinners’ experience, process improvement and issue resolution
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements and operationalize new processes
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
