On this team, you’re a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed – with urgency. You will work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders (i.e., a dedicated content development team to design and deliver exceptional training solutions).

You will use adult learning principles to develop Google’s training programs by assessing needs, identifying learning objectives, designing curricula, and coordinating rollout to stakeholders all over the world. Whether in-person, self-paced, or blended, these scalable programs can take any form and need to translate for participants across various backgrounds, levels, and regions.
