Associate Investigator, Trust & Safety-Part Time Hours
*** We are looking for 2 individuals who will definitely have hours on the weekends and the following schedules. In total, one must be available to work 15-29 hours a week. Here is hours that we are looking for. If you are not available every other weekend for 5 hours each day of the weekend, please do not apply.***
Role 1: Monday through Friday: Must have 5-19 hours of availability Monday through Friday (times flexible). Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m. ET – 4 p.m. ET each day, weeks 1 & 3 each month (alternating weekends with Role 2). Weekend hours are a must.
Role 2: Monday through Friday: Must have 5-19 hours of availability Monday through Friday (times flexible). Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m. ET – 4 p.m. ET each day, weeks 2 & 4 each month (alternating weekends with Role 1). Weekend hours are a must.

The Trust & Safety Team’s goal is to ensure that Peerspace remains a safety and trustworthy marketplace for our users. We’re looking for a proactive problem solver who is passionate about maintaining the integrity and trust and safety efforts of our platform – someone passionate about investigating issues and connecting the dots to take action.
In this role, you will become a subject matter expert of Peerspace’s policies, procedures, product features, and internal workflows and apply this knowledge when reviewing a user’s account to determine eligibility to use the platform.
Independently work through a queue of tasks with an eye for process improvements.
accounts and transactions to detect and prevent fraud.
outstanding customer service through email and phone to provide support on Trust & Safety initiatives or case review.
Passionate about helping to make the Internet a safer, more trustworthy place.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Previous experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
