About You
You will be responsible for managing Advertising Policies (both listing criteria and review criteria) which is a part of the advertising business model. You will mainly manage the following tasks, also drive impact as a player to contribute to the acceleration of our business.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage Advertising Policies for external and internal
- Optimize Advertising Policies based on strategy and industry trends
- Build operational playbook for moderators
- Educate operation team and sales team to contribute their performance
- Lead quality control to ensure policy compliance
- Lead proactive collaboration with sales, product, legal, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in designing Internet Advertising Policies (listing criteria and review criteria)
- Experience in designing guideline and operational playbook
- Experience in Ad Quality Assurance or contents moderation
- Experience in building training program and driver to operators
- Experience in managing quality control program
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
- Growth Mindset / Self Starter / Data Driven / Passion for integrity and CX
Nice to Haves
- 2+ years in Vendor Management
- 2+ years in People Management
- Experience in managing Internet advertising at an agency
- Experience in Business Analyst or Business Program Manager in TnS
- Multi-cultural background, start-up environment and and Japanese language: Intermediate
